港町・敦賀に計画した住宅である。近隣との緩衝として中庭を設け、家の中心に配置したキッチンからその様子を望むことができる。家族の気配を感じられる構成とし、フリースペースとして計画した2階は、曲面の壁によって柔らかな雰囲気を生み出している。将来の使い方の変化にも対応できる、可変性を備えた住まいである。

This house was planned in the port town of Tsuruga. A courtyard is placed as a buffer to the surrounding neighborhood and can be viewed from the kitchen located at the center of the house. The layout allows the presence of family members to be felt throughout the home, while the second floor—designed as a flexible free space—features gently curved walls that create a soft atmosphere. The house is designed with adaptability in mind, accommodating changes in use over time.
