名古屋と大阪に展開する眼鏡店舗の什器改装計画である。
異なる二つの場所において、10種の異なるマテリアルを用いて什器を組み立てた。

This project is a renovation of display furniture for eyewear shops in Osaka and Nagoya.
In two distinct locations, the furniture was assembled using ten different materials.

眼鏡は、多様な素材がばらばらにつながる、身体に近い繊細な道具である。什器もまた、その在り方に呼応することがふさわしいと考えた。
二つの異なる場所でつくられる局所的な什器に、素材の連続性を与えることで、身体的なスケールを超えた広域的な風景が立ち上がるのではないかと考えた。

Eyeglasses are delicate, body-oriented objects composed of diverse materials connected in fragmentary ways. We felt the furniture should reflect this same condition.
By introducing material continuity across locally constructed furniture in two separate cities, the project seeks to generate a spatial landscape that extends beyond the bodily scale to a broader territorial perception.

崩壊直前のようにばらばらな什器と、眼鏡という繊細で身体に近い道具が都市を行き交うことで、二つの都市に新しい風景が生まれることを意図している。

Through fragmented, almost pre-collapse furniture and the circulation of eyeglasses as intimate, tactile tools, the project aims to create new urban landscapes across the two cities.
